Terms of service

These terms apply when you use amberlune.shop or buy from us. By placing an order you agree to them. Amberlune is based in Kulai, Johor, Malaysia.

The shop

We sell desk accessories online. We try to describe and photograph everything accurately, but colours can look slightly different from screen to screen. Small differences are normal and are not a fault.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was listed wrongly, and if we do we refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and include any tax shown at checkout. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify. We may change prices at any time, but not for an order we have already accepted.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by customs and courier delays. Risk passes to you when the order is delivered to the address you gave us, so please check that address before you pay.

Our refund policy sits on its own page and forms part of these terms.

Our content

The text, photographs and design on this site belong to Amberlune. Please do not copy or reuse them commercially without our permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the consumer law that applies where you live. Beyond those rights, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
